Are you aware that emotional intelligence (EI) is a more accurate predictor of success than intellectual quotient (IQ)?
A team'’s emotional intelligence relies on the same capabilities as an individual - self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and, at the same time being empathetic and influential in interactions with others.

With the use of the EQ-i 360 assessment, we will develop a comprehensive profile of the team'’s emotional intelligence and examine the group norms and habits that drive the team'’s behavior. Taking the results of the profile, we will facilitate a team alignment meeting in which members will acknowledge the team'’s reality in order to improve the team'’s emotional competencies and performance effectiveness.
We will also make use of interactive scenarios and case studies.
